College Admissions and Marketing Coordinator

General Description
The College Admissions and Marketing Representative is responsible for supporting day-to-day admissions operations, student recruitment activities, and admissions marketing execution for Saint Constantine College. This position serves as a key liaison between the market, prospective students, and the Admissions Office. Specific duties of the position include:
Primary Responsibilities
· Assists manager with communications to prospective students via phone, email, and text.
· Coordinates and runs campus tours, orientations, and admissions events in conjunction with Admissions Manager and Houston-based staff and faculty.
· Manages student Ambassador Program.
· Assists in conducting partnership meetings and related tasks.
· Assists with updating and maintaining student records in Populi CRM system.
· Manages weekly marketing email campaigns through Mailchimp.
· Creates and disseminates digital and print admissions marketing materials in coordination with Admissions Manager, including but not limited to social media outlets, email communications, website landing pages, information packets and accompanying materials, swag, and partnership advertising.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
● Demonstrated commitment to Saint Constantine College's mission and values.
● Bachelor’s degree.
● Excellent people skills.
● Social media fluency and design skills, particularly in Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
● Proficiency with computer systems, email platforms, and CRM software.
● Flexible schedule availability during business hours.
● Ability and availability to travel to support event needs.
● Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.
● Ability to lift and carry materials and objects up to 25 pounds.
Preferred:
● Prior experience in customer service, sales, or student-facing roles.
● Familiarity with Mailchimp, Populi, Canva, Outlook, or similar platforms.
● Knowledge of classical education and Orthodox Christian values.
