College Admissions Manager

Reports To: Director of Admissions/Acting Director Salary Classification: Full time, exempt, twelve months Supervision of Others: Part-time College Admissions and Marketing Coordinator Hours Per Week: 40 hours

General Description

The Admissions Manager enacts full student lifecycle enrollment strategy, day-to-day admissions operations, and student recruitment activities for Saint Constantine College. This position is responsible for meeting college enrollment targets, managing the Admissions Office, developing relationships with students, families, and partners; and supervising the part-time College Admissions and Marketing Coordinator. Specific duties of the position include:

Primary Responsibilities

● Conducts all recruiting communications with prospective students and families via phone, email, and text, inquiry to matriculation.

● Manages campus visit programming, execution, and assessment.

● Plans, oversees, and assesses admissions events.

● Develops partnership relationships, including but not limited to digital communications, partner meetings, and event attendance.

● Oversees creation and distribution of digital and print admissions marketing for the college, including social media outlets, website landing pages, information packets and accompanying materials, swag, and partnership advertising.

● Manages inquiry to matriculated student records and application status tracking in Populi CRM system.

● Coordinates with the Registrar, Provost, and Finance Office for the acceptance and matriculation of each student.

● Reports admissions metrics and related data to Director of Admissions/Acting Director, President’s Cabinet, and accrediting bodies as necessary.

● Liaises with the Provost, Registrar, the Finance Office, College Life and Housing staff, Operations personnel, and faculty to create a cohesive student experience aligned with admissions marketing promises.
