General Description

The Director of Admissions at Saint Constantine College is a key leadership role for a

microcollege preparing for growth and accreditation. The Director of Admissions provides

strategic leadership for all enrollment functions at Saint Constantine College, overseeing the full

student lifecycle from inquiry through matriculation. This position is responsible for setting and

achieving college enrollment targets, building and executing a comprehensive admissions and

marketing strategy, cultivating institutional partnerships, and ensuring that admissions

operations align with the college's mission and values. The Director serves as the senior

admissions leader and primary accreditation liaison for admissions-related components of the

ABHE accreditation process. The Director directly supervises the College Admissions Manager

and, through that role, any part-time admissions support.


Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Enrollment Leadership

• Develops, implements, and continually refines a comprehensive enrollment strategy

aligned with Saint Constantine College's mission, capacity, and growth objectives.

• Sets annual and multi-year enrollment targets in collaboration with the Provost and

President's Cabinet; monitors progress and adjusts strategy as needed.

• Analyzes enrollment data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic

decision-making and resource allocation.

• Provides regular enrollment reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the

Provost, President's Cabinet, and Board as appropriate.


Admissions Operations Oversight

• Oversees all admissions operations, ensuring efficient and mission-aligned processes

from initial inquiry through student matriculation.

• Establishes and maintains standards for recruiting communications with prospective

students and families across all channels (phone, email, text, in-person).

• Provides strategic direction for campus visit programming, admissions events, and

recruitment travel.

• Ensures the integrity and effectiveness of the Populi CRM system for

inquiry-to-matriculation tracking, records management, and reporting.

• Coordinates with the Registrar, Provost, and Finance Office at a policy and process level

to ensure smooth student acceptance and matriculation workflows.

• Participates in The Saint Constantine School community, attending regular Colloquium

and Symposium events and weekly school service hours.

• Performs other duties as assigned.


Marketing & Communications Strategy

• Sets the vision and brand standards for all admissions marketing — digital and print —

including social media, website, information materials, and partnership advertising.

• Oversees development of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate

the college's mission and value proposition to prospective students and families.

• Ensures consistency and quality across all admissions-facing communications and

materials produced by the Admissions Manager and Marketing Coordinator.


Partnership Development

• Cultivates and grows strategic relationships with feeder schools, churches, homeschool

communities, and other partner organizations aligned with Saint Constantine College's

mission.

• Represents the college at key partner events, conferences, and community gatherings.

• Develops and manages articulation and referral agreements to support enrollment

pipeline growth.


Accreditation Liaison

• Serves as the primary admissions liaison for the ABHE (Association for Biblical Higher

Education) accreditation application process.

• Leads the preparation, documentation, and submission of all admissions-related

components of accreditation self-studies and compliance reports.

• Ensures admissions policies, practices, and data collection meet or exceed ABHE

standards and documentation requirements.

• Collaborates with the Provost, Registrar, and other institutional stakeholders to align

admissions operations with accreditation requirements across the institution.

• Remains current on ABHE standards and higher education accreditation best practices,

and proactively prepares the admissions function for ongoing compliance.

Team Leadership & Institutional Collaboration

• Directly supervises the College Admissions Manager; provides coaching, goal-setting,

and performance evaluation for direct and indirect reports.

• Builds a collaborative, mission-driven admissions team culture committed to excellence

and student service.

• Liaises with the Provost, Registrar, Finance Office, College Life and Housing,

Operations, and faculty to ensure that the student experience fulfills admissions

marketing commitments.

• Represents Admissions in cross-functional institutional planning and policy discussions.


Qualifications

Required:

• Deep commitment to Saint Constantine College's mission, values, and Orthodox

Christian identity.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs,

Marketing, or a related field strongly preferred.

• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in college admissions,

enrollment management, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding enrollment goals and executing

multi-faceted recruitment strategies.

• Experience with accreditation processes in higher education, with preference for ABHE

accreditation experience.

• Proven supervisory and team leadership experience.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to

senior leadership and accrediting bodies.

• Strong analytical abilities; comfort with enrollment data, reporting, and data-driven

decision-making.

• High degree of professionalism, organizational skill, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with CRM systems, email platforms, and standard office technology.

• Ability to exercise sound independent judgment and work with minimal supervision.

• Flexible schedule availability, including some evenings and weekends.

• Ability and willingness to travel in support of recruitment and partnership development.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Populi CRM, Mailchimp, Outlook, softphone, and mass texting and

automation platforms.

• Experience with social media strategy and digital marketing (Instagram, YouTube,

LinkedIn).

• Knowledge of classical education models and Orthodox Christian values.

• Prior experience in a small or faith-based institution of higher education.

Performance Expectations

The Director of Admissions is expected to exercise a high level of strategic initiative,

independent judgment, and professional accountability. Performance will be assessed through

annual reviews evaluating progress toward enrollment goals, effectiveness of admissions and

marketing strategy, quality of team leadership, accreditation readiness, and contribution to the

college's overall mission and institutional advancement.
